It’s like having the last piece of wood now…the newest…the purest…the ‘bestest’ of all…all the others have already been carved, good or bad…sold or unsold…priced or cheap…a brand new piece now lies in front …tools in hand…well…the result of this…whether it will turn out to be a priced masterpiece or another piece of unwanted lumber will depend on the kind of effort spent on it…this piece as I’ve said is the last…and it’ll be the last of chances to give it a go and make sure it turn out well…at the start…you would think of all sorts of fancy designs to display…becoming ambitious…not that it’s bad…but it often doesn’t turn out the way you want it to be…it may be due to laziness…or sometimes you just have to work within your ability…achieving bit by bit…like…you don’t need a classic mansion with fancy designs and all that stuff to say it’s beautiful…sometimes…simplicity does a greater job…
Today’s the last day of term 3 le…so fast hor…last time used to say “still got 3 more moths to prelims mah”…now, its “only 3 more weeks to prelims”…and ahead lies a 7 day break…what lies afterwill definitely drive me crazy de if…i don’t do something…and I guess…I really have to reduce my tempts for _______ now…there’s always time for that…and this term’s results…hmm…those that i did badly seemed to improve…but those that I’ve did rather well seemed to be sliding down…don’t know why…perhaps it’s again…not enough effort put in…
