I think I’ve screwed both my GP papers big time. And it seems like I am the loner who attempted that question. Eff that first point yah.. It cost me half an hour, unknowingly! Anyways it’s bound to be an F9 already. As for paper 2, I enjoyed the passages aplenty, so much so that I almost forgot it’s an exam script. See.. dead. Couldn’t complete it on time. Arggh.

Just my feelings. Err.. I feel very sad whenever I watch MVs from the 80s, cuz poor me was always hoping to be in for a pleasant treat and each time my anticipation landed like a car parachuting with a parachute that leaks. Flying pickets, Spandau Ballet, Police.. among those who’d have wished this boi boi who hadn’t been made when they were shooting something they could actually bring themselves to call MVs never would chance upon them. I on the other hand wish I never had too. But I think they are pretty noble in the sense that they created all the eyesores imaginable so the next generation of MVs could be better, and less harmful to the eyes.

Oh shit but why am I blogging away!?!

Deceive. Inveigle. Obfuscate.

The moment of realisation..
After 18 years of living, I finally understand that I’m actually a perfectionist. Wait a minute.. isn’t it OCD!? OMG.. which?!?

Anyway the mugging days are here and my stress is overflowing.

I almost feel like a small sampan that’s got it’s sole grasp onto the jetty mercilessly cut.. consequently drifting out into the unpredictable sea to fend for its own survival against the big big whales and sharks and oversized sotongs and piranhas and.. erm more appropriately the thundering ocean waves. Oh no, I’m so vulnerable.. Should the sail be hauled the wrong way or that the winds had stopped and I’ll have to use my arms to row the boat on.. either scenarios will make me miss the one-way-one-scheduled train, and I’ll be forced to track the no man’s land.

Hope I can struggle through this long haul. One faith.

If ever you ask me what’s that one thing I hate most, perhaps my reply would be to see children suffer.

I mean who won’t? But I think I’m one of them who go beyond the norm. Can still remember that moment at Kinokuniya when I was flipping through a collection of photographs. One of it, a child was behind bars looking out at the lens, with despair and grief. I almost broke down in tears the very instant I looked into her eyes…

I think children’s eyes are so transparent. It’s as if you can look right into their souls and those pupils seems to tell it all.

The joy that children radiate really makes my day. “Shy smiles, a small hand slipped into yours, bursts of laughter, a spontaneous jig, satisfaction that leaves you warm and glowing.” That’s what children are capable of!

I love children, and I hate children. I hate those who take their opulent and pampered lives for granted. Like, those who’d cry for mummy for the slightest things, I feel like giving them a tight slap! Conversely, I feel I’ll go all out to salvage those who live in agony.. though I can’t, for now =X

But it is inevitable for inequity I guess, cuz equity can only remain an ideal state, for if no one kid suffers, ironically, all kids would’ve been bah. Anyways the song by white lion is really nice. =D

Except for the occasional distractions by, say, a sudden outburst of emotion or hmm perhaps opinions too, and enthusiatic little bookwarms running to and fro the shelves, mugging in the children’s section can prove more productive than the designated (and always packed) study lounge.

Like, this girl would skip her way around innocently when a timeless german gas bomb just sound off. And then we would erupt into an extremely crude laughter. Obviously she wouldn’t have minded.. like she would? See that’s the great thing about being with kids; things like this happen then it’s forgotten, and then it happens again. Lots of fun and joy!.. even if it means to work with stumpy tables and chairs for a severly oversized guy like me.

Haha it wasn’t until the very night before NDP’s preview that I knew I’ve got the tix to attend! I was like “hmm..? Okie lor”, and not really perked up for the excursion with my cuzzies.. well. Anyways, going to the NDP basically means my whole day would be gone, to pre-celebrate my beloved nation’s birthday. See, what a great prezzie I’m giving Singapore.. 24 hrs of my life! Yea.

I feel that the parade is getting more and more casual by the year. So it’s decided that the troops will run in instead of the customary march-in.. hmm. Then the performances, the formations are becoming more and more abstract, or maybe they’re always like that. Maybe I’m just not artistic enough. Ha ha. But I think I have to say some good words about the fireworks display. It’s simply.. good. Obviously it’s still some miles away from the Athens Olympics closing ceremony one that left jaws hanging, mine at least. But considering the fact that I’ve yet to praise any local fireworks in my life so far cuz they were choreographed so horribly.. this one is seriously not bad, the so-called “musical fireworks”. Hahaha what a luck, I’ll be going again on the 9th! =D

I know it’s gonna sound so noob, but my favourite part of it is when WE sing the national anthem and take the pledge togather. Lol.

Last last wednesday the juniors held a farewell party for their NYPS seniors. Lots of food.. lots of prezzies! Haha I’m really touched. Sadly our times together are so short… =X

Oh and wasn’t that officer Ivy Tan posing for the commerical!? XD

Okies.. school had this career sem today and the J2s are supposed to be in formal wear. Brought mine along too, if not for Marcus. Haha. As for how I turned out.. you gotta ask those guys le. I thought it wasn’t really beneficial though, nothing more than some basic dressing rules. The speaker is from School Of Thoughts, one of the two and a half tutors teaching at the centre, or one of the one and a half colleges of Mr Tong bah.. I think ^_^
