Dad’s big day. i tried to emulate the centuries old 道 of ramen making (dad’s fav). haha duh.. even now i still can’t figure why my milky stock didn’t taste anything like pork. hurhur.. fancy heating that stuff for 7 hours till 4 am… i must have wasted a lot of gas……

Oh earlier on that evening we had gone to parkway. the katsudon at one of the jap restaraunts is such a disappointment. hai.. why!? all i want now is eat an authentic bowl of katsudon…… Leh!
